The name evokes the “bottega” of the town that sold food and especially alcohol. In fact, the success of the famous shop was born from the excellent and constant quality of the wine they were able to offer.
“Le Fiore” is a white wine fermented in open oak vats and obtained through contact with berry’s skins.
This ancient technique brings us back to the first winemakers, a different way of vinification from the one used today for white wines, following protocols very similar to red wines ones. The result is a wine with a pleasant tannic accent and an intense and original aromatic background.
Color: pale gold. Aromas of apricot, white peach andpineapple. On taste is dry, with refreshing acidity and a touch of woody notes in the end.
